How to stay motivated
Motivation is a word which means, needs, desires
or drives within the individual. So, it's a process of stimulating your actions
to completion of your tasks or targets, this is due to the factors influencing mental.
Tips to keep motivated:
1. Keep your laziness ahead:
Does it sound weird? Let me say one truth when
we plan for a day, most of the people won't accomplish their tasks as per the
time given, this is because of the continuity of work done by your body and
your brain commands for the rest.
I will say opposite, do the non-negotiable work
or no work-time you can say. Give your time for yourself to relax your brain
and body.
Example: where you feel more peaceful sit there
or can do yoga/meditation/exercise, or spend me-time.
When you relax your body, it gives more focusing
to tend to do the work to accomplish in time.
2. Trust in divine timings:
When we start making any work sure to trust your
work/projects/tasks. So that, it relaxes you from anxiety and overstresses
because naturally, this will keep you motivated while you perform your task. In
the entire process, while doing the task, you need to have goodwill to do so
that you create your trust which develops more interesting or enthusiasm
towards your work to be done.
3. Keep your priority lists:
Yes, this helps you to perform prioritising the
work. What you feel the most priority, create a list according to their
importance so that you can meet up before your deadline. The level of urgency
gives you how doing the work is associated. Accordingly, you do the work.
4. Figure out the most productive time:
The most productive time of your leads to more
motivated. So, you must know your body time where you feel activate and utilise
your priority work at that schedule so that you can accomplish your task as
soon as possible.
5. Work environment:
Change your work environment if you have the
opportunity or freedom to do so. Suppose if you work from home, you can't stick
one place constantly and do work. This leads us to a bit less motivated, so
make sure you choose wisely your place like the public library, your best
space, anywhere where you feel more motivated and comfortable. Make sure that
you keep hydrated yourself and eat if possible.
6. Treat yourself when you have done your work
well:
Appreciate yourself and trust/believe yourself
when you accomplish your work/ tasks so that it gives you more focusing on the
other priority tasks to be done.
People who need long term motivation:
Mindpower increases when you give proper rest,
it does not mean that you need to sleep in hours and hours, this means you need
to learn how to sit one side doing nothing by giving rest to your mind which
means you are aware of the things going on but you are not reacting to it. When
you start knowing the value of not doing anything there comes the format button
and installation of the programme where the programme process faster than
before formatting.
Suppose you are working continuously, your body
gets tired. Therefore, you need the rest. Better you think first where you need
to sit only. This makes more clear that you don't do continuous work, you need
to relax.
Many innovative scientists used to sit one side,
they get more discovery or invention or anything which made them more popular
who work as a continuing worker. So, you need to the relaxation of your brain
and there comes the "Eureka".
Knowledge and power give the motivation to do
the work. You need to hear good things, have good company, never give up your
dreams, sacrifice, consistency and struggle to lead you to greatness.
Why you are stopping yourself?
Love yourself, trust yourself, listen to
yourself, your power is your gut. Since success and failure are slow to
process. Stop looking for a shortcut, find the discipline, believe your guts
and will to do the work. You need to keep a non-negotiable commitment,
determine for yourself, train your brain.
There comes the efficient to produce in your
daily life. Every decision make yourself in your life, it's okay to experience
ups and downs, please do work on today so that it can impact on your future.
