The exercise encourages our body fitness and makes us active throughout the day. Yoga or meditation encourages us to keep us active, makes us more focused while doing work, gives mental relief, physically fit, mentally healthy and many more.

It's true that even in the school timing, we encourage to do physical games or exercise because this encourages us to study more and most of the people gets active or spirit to study more. But make sure that do what you can so that you are comfortable while doing such activities.
Meditation gives mind relaxation which triggers us to focus more. Doing yoga, especially breathing practices like deep breath relaxes our anxiety level, gives them the confidence to perform well, focuses us to concentrate the work.
Spend Time with nature:
Try to spend time with nature, it gives more pleasure, freshness, active, calmness and focuses more to study. Spending time with nature gives fresh oxygen to breath and activates our mind to give attention while studying or while working. You just spend a minimum amount of 20 min. and sit calmly, you will feel the freshness especially in early morning and evening. Nature impacts us and gives positive vibrations.
It is not only benefited for mental health, but it is very useful for our emotional, physical and those who believe in spirituality quotient this is one of the best places to believe and work yourself.
Take a break:
Sounds weird right? But the is that as you study the concept just take a gap to refresh yourself, then before studying new concepts just see what you have read and started learning new. As you keep doing with a break, this gives us refreshment and makes us motivated to study. Whether it is tea break or any break, you just refresh yourself. It gives us more spirit to concentrate.
Eat healthily:
All the nutrients are healthy, but only if we consume proportionately, whether its carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, etc. and focus your diet well. As you eat healthy food, it keeps you healthier. Try to avoid sugary items, avoid overeating, avoid cigarettes and alcohol, avoid processed foods, this triggers us to more eat or else sleep.
Eat nuts, vegetable, fruits, fish, eggs, meat, green leaves, etc., Do have breakfast and don't skip the meals, this affects our mental health which decreases concentration.
Drink more amount of water, be hydrated so that you relieve from tiredness.
If you want to add caffeine in your diet, you can drink tea or coffee or green tea, this gives relaxation to study, gives more freshness to concentrate.
Try to eat all the supplement food which will promote us to improve the brain function and gives the energy to our body so that you get more attention towards your work.

Avoid or block websites:
If you get more distracted better you block or avoid few sites so that you can avoid distraction while studying or doing work. This gives us more ability to concentrate the work and makes us stay focused.
Study time:
When we start making any work sure to trust your study. So that, it relaxes you from anxiety and overstresses because naturally, this will keep you motivated while you perform your task. In the entire process, while doing the task, you need to have goodwill to do so that you create your trust which develops more interesting or enthusiasm towards your study to be completed.
Do and don't:
Keep the screens off or turn off the TV before 30 min. at least.
Keep yourself comfortable as room, garden, anywhere you feel the place to study or work.
Do Exercise/ yoga/ meditation regularly.
If possible listen to soft music.
