Fear when its Near

Fear is an emotion induced by danger or threat which causes behavioural changes and physiological changes. Such as stopping our work from by remembering any bad or traumatic events. Fear is also caused due to attachment to work. Sometimes it triggers in danger or gives caution to do/not do.

Example, fear before writing exams, fear before giving a speech, etc.
Fear is there because you are not living with your life, you are living with your mind. Where we create our own fear by building ourselves. Whether it will occur or not, the imagination builds on. As it is building up the fear increases more. So, your fear is about which actually doesn't exist (non-existent), its imaginary which is called insanity in big words.
Example, What is going to happen next? , will he/she will think wrong about me? , will I disappoint you? And many more. Commonly, we face these all fears in one stage or in the other stages of life but in different forms.
If you are afraid, then you are suffering from insanity? Oh! So many of them are insane if we get this definition in our life. But yes, this is the truth that our mind plays a major role in fear. In our mind, there are two things i.e., memory and imagination. As you are losing in imagination the fear gets increased. If you are rooted in reality, there is no fear while doing tasks. There is always a barricade in our mind, what the people will think in society. As the problems increases, the imagination increases and the fear get increasing more.
To get rid out of the fear, first, we must know what fear we have. According to that, there are different solutions for many fears, sometimes by self-treatment, sometimes by facing it, sometimes by talking the things and sometimes there will be a need for psychologist/ psychiatrist.
The fear is created because of the attachment, desires, importance and many more.
Now the question arises that why the fear is dominated?
As we have more desires, the usage of efforts gets increased and the fear gets increased.
Example, I have to take care of my family responsibilities, friends, work, tasks, salary increment which makes me fearful person inside. This fear is created because of more importance and attachment towards the things happening around me.
When you start loving the thing, many people develop an attachment, by that attachment people develop the fear to lose that thing. In many cases, it was noted that the thing they like and the thing what you like makes a major difference in fear. These both are two ways one is attachment and other is love.
If you have no fear, you live incomplete reality and if you have excessive imagination there is more creativity which leads to creating more fear.
According to the psychologists, the fear is emotional which exist in universal. In all, it is a biological change. There are different types of fears: An appropriate fear, an innate fear and acquired fear.
An appropriate fear: This can be considered as good fear that warns you to be careful.
Example: The fear protects from misbehaving the things in front of parents or anybody. This fear helps you to protect.
An acquired fear: This fear is because you have experienced something in the past in your life.
Example: You get fear while swimming because you got drowned once, which created a traumatic event.
Fear is created by different events or things like self-doubting, self- assessment, not taking initial trust, lack of trust, fear towards God and many more.
An innate fear: This fear is categorized since your birth.
Example: A person is scared of blood called Hemophobic.
The fear is detected by Amygdala, which is a section of the brain that energize the events. The amygdala function and its role are in our exceptional fear and other emotions.
There are four main factors which trigger to create fear, i.e., uncertainty, attention, change and struggle. When this comes into the picture there comes the fear.
Few fears are categorized into good fears, which stops us to do wrong things and protects us to do that particular work. And there is one more fear which stops us to attempt that event or to do that thing. The worst fear stops us from exploring the things, this is considered as a great challenge.
Fear is a chain reaction in the brain that starts with a stressful stimulus and ends with the release of chemicals that cause a racing heart, fast breathing and energized muscles, among other things, also known as the fight-or-flight response. The fear can be overcome or else can't be overcome.
If you don't have a fear of failing in the exam, you don't even feel like studying. Fear works in different ways in different persons, it all depends on the mindset. As we think more in our mind, the fear is generated. In any competition, one can win his/her opponent out of fear that he/she might be defeated, and another one will do nothing and lose because of the fear. There is fear where we start judging ourselves or else you will think that society will give allegation to you by fear.
Fear is necessary for our life, but many a time it acts as evil. Fear saves you from a lot of trouble. It is like an inbuilt mechanism of the human brain, which saves you by denying you from using your brain in certain areas.
Example: Like going to a certain place, making new friends, etc.
You might have a fear of something completely harmless. It stops you completely to think about something rationally. It just won’t allow you even to think about something (how good or bad things will happen, it is yours if you can cope up with that challenge as fear or not, if yes how) rather than actually doing it. This leads to an inhibited growth of your mind.
A child who’s been living in fear of water will never know the fun and soothing effects of swimming.
In my personal opinion, having fear is normal. But knowing what you fear, and controlling it is an “art”. You have a fear, it’s normal. But whether you blindly go along with it, or decide for yourself, that where and how it can be controlled, taking rational decisions, is itself a defining statement whether fear is a good thing or bad.
